Looking for a project that you can get done in an afternoon? Weave the Squeeze Me scarf! It is easy plain weave and can be woven on a rigid heddle loom or loom with harnesses. The warp is Alpaca Yarn Company's Mariquita, a blend of 50% baby alpaca and 50% Tencel, sett at 12 epi. The Mariquita is the subtle background and the star of the show is Mandy Slub from Brediculous. This unique yarn combines hand-dyed variegation with fun texture that ranges from spiral to outright puffs of wool! Together, these two yarns make a scarf that has a lot of drape and a load of "squish." The finished scarf measures 12" x 50" as shown, perfect for one wrap around the neck and then cross in the front. It can be hand washed and dried flat.

You will need:

• 12.5" weaving width
• rigid heddle loom or loom with 2 harnesses
• 12 dent rigid heddle or reed
• 150 heddles if using a loom with harnesses
• flat shuttle or boat shuttle and bobbin
