Need an easy project to get some weaving confidence? Tackle this quartet of napkins! They are woven using 5/2 perle cotton, which is strong and tangle-resistant. It is also darn pretty! The warp has crisp striping but the weft is just a single color for speedy weaving. You can choose your level of difficulty: no-measure method with simple plain weave treadling or explore different patterns by trying all four different treadling sequences. This kit makes four napkins, approximately 14" x 14" each. They can be machine washed and dried.

You will need:

• 16.2" weaving width
• 4 harnesses
• 10 dent reed
• 322 heddles
• boat shuttle and bobbin
• needle and thread or sewing machine for hemming

We wove our napkins using 1 White for the main color, with stripes of 113 Yellow and 42 Deep Turquoise. If you would like these colors, simply order the kit above.
