In Orlando, fine core threads twist to lock in the distinctive loops in this mohair yarn. Other mohair bouclés have small, spaced loops but Orlando packs the loops in. They are big loops, too, with a nice sheen. While the yarn is bulky, it is stable enough for warp, provided you give it enough room in the reed and ease it through the heddles when you advance the warp. As a knitting yarn, it makes a bulky, warm fabric. Use it as an accent on a collar and it looks like fleece!

Orlando can be dyed using Washfast dyes.
