Last call for gift certificates to be emailed before New Year's is 4pm Central time on Thursday, Dec. 28.  Gift certificates ordered after that will email on Jan. 2.

We will email a copy of the certificate as a PDF attachment to you when we process your order. If you don’t receive a certificate in your in-box, please check your spam folder and call us if you still don’t find it.  If you prefer that a physical copy be mailed to the recipient, please provide information to do so in “SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS” on the checkout page.

Timing: Certificates to be emailed should be ordered by 4:00pm Central time on weekdays or noon on Saturday for same day emailing.  Gift certificate orders placed after noon on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.

We can provide gift certificates in amounts different than those shown on the website—just give us a call at 800-468-0035 between 9:00 and 5:00 Monday-Friday or Saturday between 9:00 and 1:30.  All times Central.
