Boundweave makes a sturdy weft-faced fabric, perfect for a durable tote. Our tote uses four colors of Lamb's Pride Worsted for the weft. The warp is 8/2 linen sett at 8 epi. The assembly is easy--just fold it in half and seam up the sides--while a nifty 4-strand braid becomes the strap. The bag is 14" x 14" plus the strap. It can be hand washed and dried flat.
You will need:
- 16" weaving width
- 4 harnesses
- 8-dent reed
- 121 heddles
- 4-5 flat shuttles
- needle and thread for seaming
We used Lamb's Pride Worsted color 151 Chocolate Souflé for the main color, with accents of 115 Oatmeal, 8 Wild Oak, and 10 Creme. If you would like these colors, simply order the kit above. If you would like to choose your own colors, please see our Lamb's Pride Worsted page to view the options. Then return to this page, order the kit, and tell us your choices. Be sure to tell us which of the four colors is your main color.
