Are they ripples, waves, or beams radiatiting from the center of these circular motifs? It's mysterious, so we're calling it Aura. This is shadow weave, which can create complex-looking designs with only four harnesses. Two colors alternate in both the warp and the weft and the color interaction creates the design. The yarn is a 100% Tencel yarn called Little Dipper, sett at 20 epi and beaten at 20 ppi. The pattern includes instructions for weaving one scarf measuring approximately 8.5" x 75". Your scarf can be hand washed and air dried, with a brief fluff in the dryer.

Little Dipper is Yarn Barn's own line of 8/2 Tencel. It has a beautiful sheen and rich colors. If you've tried other Tencel yarns but found they weren't strong enough for warp, try Little Dipper. You'll be surprised at how strong this yarn is!
