Schacht Double-Ended Electric Bobbin Winder |

The double-ended electric bobbin winder from Schacht has a motor on one end to turn the bobbin. The other end slides along two metal rails and is secured with a tension screw to pin the bobbin between the conical tips. This winder can hold bobbins, pirns, or spools of up to 9" in length and 4" in diameter. The speed of the motor is controlled by a rheostat foot-treadle like on a sewing machine.
