Malabrigo is famous for its color combinations. In this scarf, we've blended the colors of two different colors to create the look of a new combination. The warp and weft are striped but the look is so subtle, all you see is the blending of colors into a new combination. For this project, we're using Malabrigo Worsted, a single ply yarn made from Merino wool. It is soft, warm, and perfect for a one-of-a-kind scarf. The finished measurements are 8" x 58". The scarf can be hand washed and air dried.
You will need:
- 10" weaving width in a rigid heddle loom
- 7.5 or 8 dent rigid heddle
- 2 flat shuttles
Our scarf is shown using Malabrigo Worsted 628 Malamo and 634 Oeste. If you would like these colors or one of our other colorways, simply order the kit above using the pull-down menu.
