Modular knitting and dynamic striping makes this afghan unique. There are two variations on the mitred square--each with a different dominant color. The squares are built one onto another by picking up stitches but there are some seams that are sewn as you go. Carly is knit using Berroco's Cotolana, a worsted-weight blend of wool and cotton, with a touch of nylon for stability. The finished afghan measures approximately 60" x 60". It can be machine washed and dried flat. Designed by Brenda York.
