LeClerc wire heddles have longer oval eyes (approximately 1/2" long) compared to the rounder eyes of the inserted eye heddles. The wire heddles, however, do not have the heavier metal eyelet that the inserted eye heddles have.Leclerc uses three lengths of heddles, depending on the depth of the loom: - 9 1/2" heddles for Voyageur, Dorothy, and Diana
- 10 1/2" heddles for Compact, Artisat, Mira, Fanny, and Nilus
- 12 1/2" heddles for: Nilus II, Colonial, Weavebird, and Kebec
The heddles are sold in bundles of 100 or 500.
