This course begins with a simplified method of writing weaving drafts. You learn how to write a weave plan and develop the threading, tie-up and treadling. You will be introduced to the concept of blocks, drafting shortcuts, and a simple method of writing a drawdown that will match the weave as you see it on the loom. You will also learn about color and weave effects. You should be familiar with a 4-harness loom. 69 minutes.
