Like a rare gem, this stunning coat is a beautiful find. It is knit in the luxuriously soft Ultra Alpaca and is an extraordinary Norah Gaughan design. The bodice is knit in one piece from back to front, and the skirt is knit separately, then sewn to bodice. Yes, you cast-on at the bottom of the skirt (532-672 stitches depending on the size), working back and forth; decreases, however, progress quickly. You will need size 7 and 8 SP and 29” circular size 8 needles. Finished chest: 30” (34, 38, 42, 46, 50, 54). Kit includes yarn and pattern.
