The Trenton Scarf is a long, flowing scarf that alternates bands of chevron stitch with sections of mesh stitch. The stitches look great close-up and the bands give a nice overall texture to the scarf. The majority of the scarf is worked using a 20-row repeat. Trenton uses Milo, a Merino wool/linen blend from Manos del Uruguay. Milo is a soft, warm yarn, with a little extra body thanks to the linen component. The yarn is a single ply and the linen gives it a heathered look as well. The scarf measures 9" x 64". It can be hand washed and dried flat. Designed by Cassandra Milani.
The kit includes the pattern and yarn. For this project you will also need:
- single point needles in US size 4 (OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE)
- removable stitch marker
- tapestry needle
Trenton is shown in Milo color 2532 Potosi. If you would like your scarf to be in this color, order the kit above using the pull-down menu to select the size.
