If spinning single drive, either bobbin will work, so the bobbins that come with the wheel are just fine. if spinning double drive and using high or super high speed whorls, the high speed bobbin is required. This is necessary to keep the bobbin speed enough faster than the flyer speed to provide adequate draw onto the bobbin.
Schacht bobbins are a nice size--larger than Ashford and smaller than Louet. The bobbins, regular or high speed, hold approximately 3.5 ounces of yarn.
