Teton is the result of combining expertise in color with expertise in spinning. It is made of two plies of yarn: one thick and one thin. They are dyed separately and then plied together for a twisty look. Warm and colorful, one skein would make a terrific hat, and there is even a free pattern for one on the label!
Teton has a pretty impressive pedigree. The base yarn is from Mountain Meadows, and is from the Wyoming-raised Merino sheep that the company is famous for. The yarn is hand-dyed by Mountain Colors, a company that specializes in dyeing deep, rich colors. This collaboration results in a beautiful, unique yarn.
This yarn comes in a reeled hank, which must be wound into a ball before use. We are happy to wind the yarn for you at no charge, but this does make the yarn non-returnable. If you would like your skeins wound, please request it in the "Shipping Instructions" box during the checkout process.
This yarn is eligible for quantity discounts!

Discounts are based on the total value of the order. Non-yarn items (tools, books, DVDs, etc.) can contribute to the total but do not themselves receive a discount.
