Helene Rush designed this summer top knit in the round from the bottom up. The simple lace accents at the bottom edge and at the yoke add a nice touch and keep the knitting interesting. Ty-Dy is a variegated yarn--only one colorway is used in this sweater. The gauge is 5 stitches per inch so the sweater will be finished in no time. Five sizes are available, with finished chest measurements of 34 (38, 42, 46, 50)". Finished lengths are 20.25 (20.75, 21.25, 22.25)".

Ty-Dy is a 100% cotton worsted weight yarn made of seven fine strands plied together. The yarn is variegated, with both bright and muted colorways. Because of the slow color change, it gives the effect of stripes. It can be hand washed and dried flat.

The kit includes the pattern and yarn. For this project, you will also need:

• one circular needle in a 30-32" length, US size 7 OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• two ring markers
