Aldon Amos, author of The Alden Amos Big Book of Handspinning, began his spinning career, as a production spinner and builder of wheels, in 1974. Cindy Lair cut her teeth on spinning wheel production at Schacht Spindle Company in 1988 and is now the production manager there. These two experts address some of the most common problems spinners have with their wheels and how to fix them.
