Zahra Knot created this reversible double-weave apron using 8/2B Cotton. The shape is really a square, turned diagonally, using the side corners for pockets. The straps and ties are woven on the same warp and then sewn on once off the loom. Ready for a color change? Just turn the apron around. You will need a 35” weaving width with 8 harnesses and 12-dent reed (48 epi for double weave). Choose 5 colors--3 for the warp and 1 for each weft side. A fun project with a lovely pattern.
