The Fraser cutter is a heavy-duty cutter. It has a built-in clamp to attach to a table or counter. The rotary blade has a rubber ring on both sides to give extra traction to the fabric as it cuts.The position of the blade can be adjusted to cut strips of 3/4" to 2" wide. The blade can also be adjusted to accommodate both thick and lightweight fabrics.We stock the Fraser cutter with the blade suitable for cutting strips for rag rugs.
