4-Ply Bamboo is made by UKI, so you will recognize many of the same colors as are in the perle cotton line. The thickness is similar to 3/2 perle cotton but the yarn is much heavier for the volume. This means that it is great in soft, supple fabric. We've used it in table runners, taking advantage of the sheen and deep color, and in shawls, which have nice drape.
We also stock this yarn on full cones in the same colors. You can use full cones for your main color and add minicones for accents.
This yarn is eligible for the bulk discounts! When your order total, including all products, reaches $100, the yarn will receive a 10% discount, at $150, it will receive a 15% discount, and at $200, it will receive a 20% discount. Other items (tools, books, DVDs, etc.) can contribute to the total but do not, themselves, receive a discount.
