Bombyx silk is the cultivated silk from the cocoons of the silk moth Bombyx mori. It is reeled silk, giving it high luster, strength, and resilience. The natural color is a cream and it takes dye well. The 20/2 silk is supple and easy to weave, making it a great choice for scarves, shawls, and clothing.
